Andrea Lechtape
Andrea Lechtape trained as a banking officer with Commerzbank AG where she was employed until 1992 as assistant branch manager and individual customer counsellor. The main focus of this activity was the counselling of business people and small entrepreneurs in the areas of investment, real estate, financing and payment transactions.
From 1993 she worked as a freelance bank counsellor and district manager for Leonberger Bausparkasse AG. In addition to counselling private customers about saving for and financing their homes, she also consulted and trained customer counsellors for Commerzbank.
In January 1999, she made a dream come true: to live and work on the island of Lanzarote.
First priority was to learn Spanish. While working as assistant manager at the Casa Tegoyo Country Hotel and Restaurant, she took a threemonths intensive Spanish course.
In 2004, after Andrea Lechtape had worked for various German and British firms, for example as secretary and financial manager, she established the firm of Cribamax canarias S.L. which specialized in marketing recycling systems in the Canary Islands.
Since then, she has had plenty of opportunity to train in dealing with local authorities and to learn about the practices of officials on Lanzarote. She soon discovered that many residents of Lanzarote find this subject very demanding.
This led to the idea to offer a service that makes life on Lanzarote easier for residents in many ways and ensures that the inconvenient contact with the authorities does not require a daylong exercise.
The business philosophy is simple: Customers and their needs are central. Good service is a must!
The customer service called Uninex services was established in November 2006.
Since then, numerous customers have used the wide range of services offered by Uninex services. This steady clientele includes private customers as well as businesses.
In July 2011, Andrea Lechtape, after successful completion of correspondence studies offered by Escuela de Administración de Empresas / Universitat de Barcelona, was granted her diploma in the field of Taxes and Public Fees (Asesoría fiscal y Tributación).
Today, she is working with the reputable firm of tax consultants, Ucanca Asesores. Through cooperation with a dynamic and efficient team of professional tax consultants, customers profit from a reliable allround service offered by one source and in the German language.
For 2024, workshops are planned again for the subjects of Emigrating to Lanzarote and Entrepreneurship in the Canary Islands.
